The number of hybrid disinformation and cyber attacks in Lithuania is rising and they are becoming bolder and more advanced as more resources and forces are being allocated for them, cyber security specialists have warned in their annual report.

Norway's Chief of Defense Admiral Haakon Bruun-Hanssen will meet with his country's troops serving in NATO's multi-national battalion on Tuesday, the first day of his two-day visit to Lithuania, the Lithuanian Armed Forces said.
Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia agreed on Wednesday to facilitate the movement of allied forces in the region as NATO's multinational battalions are being deployed to the Baltic countries, the Lithuanian Defence Ministry said.
The first troops of the German-led NATO forward presence battalion are expected to arrive in Lithuania in late January, the Defence Ministry said.
