The Government does not plan to introduce national restrictions due to the rising incidence of Covid-19, says Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė.

Lithuania's Ministry of Health has updated its list of coronavirus-affected countries and put Germany, Iceland and San Marino on the self-isolation list, as well as Poland and Estonia with certain exceptions.

As of Monday, isolation will no longer be required for arrivals from Germany, Sweden, Poland, Bulgaria, Norway, Iceland, Serbia and Liechtenstein. This has been made possible by raising the COVID-19 incidence rate threshold serving as the basis for drawing up the list of affected countries.
